The Monday market in Torrevieja in Los Angeles is quite nice. It has a nice atmosphere, a charming market, good music, a nice outdoor bar, and everything else is great.
We ordered a barbecue with a table, no one warned us that this year the rules had changed and we couldn't bring anything with us. They just put us in front of the fact when everyone gathered for the holiday. No offers to pay extra helped. The holiday was ruined.
I wonder, is there any bus stop near by? If so, what bus? Was there on some mondays. Want to come back with friends that can not walk that far. My husband and I had dinner. The empanadas were delicious! The menu is very nice, with photos, which makes it easy for foreigners to understand. The ceramics are beautiful: the empanada plate and the fries bowl were very nicely presented. The food was hot and fresh. The service was very friendly. I highly recommend it! Tourist from Poland.
I'm so sorry for what I'm about to do, but they deserve it for almost ruining my daughter's birthday. We've been celebrating birthdays there for ages, having barbecues, and enjoying coffee with friends so the kids can play in the playground there. Our husbands play soccer there every week, and we've never had a problem.
And before the owner even told me we had to respect the rules, I informed him that we DO, as long as we're given enough notice. Yesterday, as I was starting to set the tables for the parents—there were 30 of them—Jimi, or someone like that, came and told me to keep the snacks because we couldn't bring them. I tried to explain that we had rented the barbecue and that no one had told me that on the day of the reservation, but no. I asked if we could pay a little extra to keep the food so it wouldn't go to waste, because it's a lot, but no. I explained that 30 adults and 13 children were about to arrive, and he was going to make me look ridiculous, but no.

Great location, good food. Expensive. I thought charging 7 euros for bread and alioli for two a bit much, as it is normally free with a meal in less pretentious places. As the owner has denied serving bread and alioli, I have now edited my review by adding a photo of my bill showing the additional charges.
