It was quite nice, we did not see flamingos from close proximity, but the tour guide gave lots of information and place is worth visiting

Train was shaking a bit and a bit noisy, so the information shared in the speaker about the Salinas history was not clear, maybe it could be louder so we can hear everything. The visit at the Salinas is interesting, the information shared are interesting, especially the guy at the Salinas is very entertaining, clear, informative. The Salinas itself is nice to see, the pink lake and the mountains of salts.. There is also a short stop for pictures at the lake, and a final one for shopping with fleur de Sal, salt flakes, soap of salt for scrub. Flamingo Keychain and plush but no flamingos in the lake, they are only at the LA Mata lake. Here only seagulls. The tour lasts 1h and 15 minutes. Actually you csn go walking from the city to it because it's very close but if you don't pay the train you will miss the explanation, the history etc. So it's OK in the end. Maybe 7 eur would be a better price instead of 10.

The salt mines are very special let me elaborate..... It is a magical experience and a definite place to see on your holidays.. The mines are a mix of old and new, with rolling white hills like snow, except get closer , it is .. Salt ... , Gathered from the nearby lakes... One clear the other not so.... The colour Pink ... You have to go ... and experience the excellent tour guide, who was also a great entertainer with many talents,,, He also appeared selling at the souvenier shop.. pls tip him generously
